Mentorgain reserves the right to terminate a user’s account, email address, or access to the services at its sole discretion in cases of misuse or violation of terms. In such cases, Mentorgain will not be liable to the user or any third party for the termination.

All fees paid to Mentorgain are non-refundable.No refund will be provided if the user decides to discontinue services during or after the end of his ongoing subscription tenure.
