About Mentorgain
Our founder Gauri Gokhale created Mentorgain after experiencing a challenge many professionals face- career guidance that is inconsistent, hard to access, and rarely measured. What began as a personal need grew into a larger vision- to make mentorship accessible and impactful at scale.
Mentorgain transforms mentorship within organizations into something structured, relevant, and repeatable - ensuring every person has the opportunity to connect with the right guidance at the right moment in their career journey.

Our Journey
Mentorgain began by helping individuals build meaningful mentoring relationships. What we learned from those early users revealed a larger opportunity: helping organizations deliver structured, measurable mentoring at scale.
Our B2C beginning
Mentorgain launched as a B2C mentoring platform, helping individuals find structured support for professional growth.
The pivot to B2B
We shifted our focus to organizations that needed a structured, measurable way to run mentoring programs at scale.

Two organizations chose Mentorgain to power their mentoring programs—an early validation of our new direction.
Backed by DST NIDHI-SSP
Mentorgain received NIDHI-SSP funding from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India.

We achieved SOC 2 Type II certification and GDPR compliance, strengthening the foundation for secure enterprise mentoring.
